3. Founder Decision Report. Findings are organized into a structured written deliverable — decision candidates, patterns, and graded confidence.
4. Live review session. We walk through findings together (~60 minutes), answer questions, and pressure-test the recommendation.
5. One prioritized recommendation. You leave with one primary decision ranked above the noise — plus plain-language explanation of confidence and missing evidence.
