Engagement terms are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Company Knowledge Hub Professional Deployment and related Outperform Tech engagements are fixed-scope professional services. Deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a Statement of Work (or equivalent written agreement) before kickoff.
Payment for the standard Founding Client package is $5,000 fixed —50% at kickoff and 50% at acceptance — unless the signed agreement states otherwise.Additional scope is quoted separately and requires customer approval. Refunds follow the engagement agreement in effect at time of purchase.
